of ISO/TS/FSSC/CGMP/Type III DMF(USA) system, emphasizing excellence, attention to
details, thoroughness, problem solving.

Key Tasks
 Overall responsible for quality of product produced.
 Ensure to maintain & validate the entire document as per ISO-22000:2018 and ISO
9001-2015.
 Responsible for Implementation of quality systems & compliance of external audit.
 Responsible for conducting Internal Quality Audit, supplier audit and all other
activity related to ISO systems with the help of other department Heads.
 Responsible for implementation of new SOPs Work Instruction, specification &
testing methods.
 Conducting trials of new molds and submitting dimensional reports to Development
Department.
 Interaction with Customer and marketing department to solve customer complaints
& prepare CAPA.
 Verification & approval of all quality inspection reports & COA.
 Responsible for maintaining all calibration activities and maintaining records for the
same.
 Conducting housekeeping audit and maintain the plant house keeping with the help
of respective departments.
 Conduct & provide training to all staff & workers (as per training calendar) with the
help of HR.
 Co-ordination with other departments & cross functional team for solves the internal
issues.
 Updating to management about quality, functionality & deviation of system.
Authorized to
a) Release the final product.
b) Release New Specification, SOP & work instruction
c) Visit to costumer for complaint handling or line trials,
d) Approval & implementation of new procedure.
e) Take decision to approval & rejection of all incoming materials.
f) Make indent for resources requirement for QA.
