DIRECTOR FINANCIAL

Job Description:

• Reporting to the MD

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing financial statements & reports and updating the Top Management regarding financial performance of the Group.
   
2. Working closely with the Top Management & the banks for Fundraising.
   
3. Driving financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring accurate and realistic projections
   
4. Identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements
   
5. Managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and growth initiatives
   
6. Assessing financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial stability
   
7. Collaborating with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to build and maintain strong relationships
   
8. Taking strategic decisions and strategy formulation for the company along with the management
   
9. Supervising finance personnel such as VP - Finance, Finance Controller, Finance & Accounts Managers, Chartered Accountants & Company Secretaries etc.
   
10. Ensuring that all taxes, compliances and legal obligations are adhered to.
    
11. Managing the internal and external audits.
    
12. Liaising with Govt. Officials, Govt. Departments, banks, management, vendors and other stakeholders
