Job Description:

Position:          Quality Inspector 

Location:         Daman

Experience:      1 - 2 Years

Industries:       FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Incoming Quality control compliances as per quality control plan.
• Various test to be perfomed as per requirement by customer / TDS.
• Incoming material sampling as per ISO sampling or customer standards.
• Supporting Jr. Supplier Quality Engineer during RCA / CAPA, for the defect percentage calculation and check the severity of the defect.
• Golden samples and Documentation management.
• Verification of testing equipment (Barcode verifier, Weighing balance etc) as per test method and frequency defined by Quality .
• Brain storming for quality improvement and log the kaizen idea.
• Follows all Environmental , Quality and Safety requirements in the Plant as required by company Standards.
• Trial testing as per TRF and share results to Supervisor.
• Identification and monitoring of Accepted, rejected and Under hold  materials.
• Maintain 5S at work-place.

• Sampling Plans and AQL.
• Good communication and reporting skill.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 2.50 LPA
