Job Description:

Role Objective

The Assistant Sale Manager would be responsible for achieving the Sales Gross Margin goals. And acquire customers to create the channel base for brand/product of Strategic Vertical. Continuous learning to attain technical competency in each line of business.

Role Responsibilities

Business Development Sales Budget Achievements

· Responsible for establishing channel partners business generation for mentioned products. And ensuring sales margin budget achievement.

· Technical Competency- Acquiring technical/ product knowledge by participating in all assigned trainings.

· New channel partner additions increasing/strengthening the channel base.

· Provide a consultative solution to channel partner maintain connect in all phases of sales cycle.

· Maintain daily customer meeting for lead generation order booking.

· Communicate channel about the various marketing and promotions schemes, new products launches.

· Invite customers for various events and training conducted at the branch.

· Coordinate with respective support function to provide the necessary pre--post sales support to customers.

· Responsible for whole order to cash cycle.

Collections

· Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis.

· Ensure that the credit policy is well understood by the channel partner.

Training Support

· Invite customers for technical training at branches.

· Align with Branch technical to resolve after-sales-support / warranty issues.

Market Intelligence and Analysis

· Continuously monitor developments in the market competition activities and ensure timely communication to reporting manager product marketing team to create a plan for engagement.
