Job Description:

Business Development executive role is to build new business by connecting with new customers on phone, identifying the right person and company. Sharing company profile, setting up meetings with the client for advance interactions. Role is to have a strong communication with the customers with consistency.

 Setting up meetings with new customers and closing the deals.
 Having a strong database of potential customers in different states through research, database, list of corporate customers.
 To acquire advance information about the business model of the company be able to present the customers in a professional manner.
 Responsible to generate new leads, will be responsible to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
 Daily role will be to call new customers and follow up customers. Set the meeting with customers and share to sales manager of the state.
 All the leads generated by the BDE if closed will come under the target closure of BDE.
 BDE will maintain the records of the customers calling, day wise and make it ready for weekly review.
 BDE is expected to acquire the competition knowledge through market research, training and through customer interactions.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

 Experience 4 to 7 years from tele calling sales background.
 Fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
 Graduate or MBA Marketing or Engineering degree.
 Candidate must be in a role of selling to b2b or corporate customers. Avoid B2c selling candidates.
 Candidate must have skill to initiate the discussion with customers on phone independently.
 Candidate with engineering / technical product selling will be preferred.
 Candidate should also be able to do physical visit the customers and initiate the sales process.
