Customer Welcome Calling:
Initiate calls to customers who have taken out loans. - Provide a warm welcome to customers and introduce them to the details of their loan agreements.
- Ensure clear communication of loan terms, repayment schedules, and any other relevant information.
- Address any initial queries or concerns the customer may have regarding their loan
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers over the phone.
- Ensure clarity and understanding in all communications to facilitate a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Excel: Familiarity with basic Excel functions such as data entry, sorting, and filtering.
- Ability to input and manage customer information in Excel spreadsheets as needed.
- Utilize Excel for basic reporting or data analysis tasks related to customer service activities.
