Job Description:

Objective of this role:

  • Assist in strategy and execution of various branding initiatives.
  • Device and launch optimized print and online advertisement and promotional strategy, communication strategy and materialsto increase brand awareness.
  • Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data.
  • Look after corporate as well as employer branding of the company through various events and initiatives.
  • Strategize and spearhead innovative and impactful CSR initiatives on behalf of the company.

 

Job Description:

  • Strategise and own all marketing and technical content of the company published over digital/print media/other ad/marketing channels (for e.g., technical/news articles, advertisements, website content,emailers/newsletters etc.) in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing print and digital media advertisement strategy and execution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify relevant media partners (digital+print), device relevant advertisement strategy and end-to-end execution of advertisements and articles in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in various kinds of events (internal and external), in collaboration with wider stakeholders like, HR, technical team members etc., to build community and boost brand awareness.[identify relevant forums for YHV participation, planning and spearheading in collaboration with other internal and/or external stakeholders]
    • Seminars, Trainings, Workshops, others [on-site, off-site, & online]
    • Employee engagement events
    • Engagement events at Expo site [domestic & international]
    • Any other company branding events
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links, brand strategy, social media activity and produce a Business Intelligence reporting for management on competitor brand strategy/activities.
  • Ability togenerate relevant analytical reports for the business by integrated analytical tools like Google Analytics onthe website and other social media channels.
  • Manage company newsletters and emailers, from design and curation of content, regular issuing of emailers to identified stakeholders, thus having sound knowledge of email marketing tools like Sender.net, Mailchimp, Get response, etc.
  • Continual content maintenance/update of company website and maintain it in bug/error-free state (for e.g., uploading blogs/news articles/jobs, etc.) in coordination with various internal teams.
  • Suggest ways to improve website/other digital estate UI, identify and resolve bugs.
  • Initiate and manage end-to-end CSAT surveys for the company and generate intuitive feedback report from the surveys.
  • Assist in research, development and maintenance of brand guidelines of the company in all internal and external communications channels/materials.
  • Prior experience in managing and dealing with external stakeholders like vendors, third-party organizations, agencies, etc.
  • Gather internal and external (wherever applicable) feedback on content/documentation to improve usability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, sales, R&D etc. teams, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and staying updated on new products and features.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Branding library management for assets including, but no limited to:
    • Repository of Advertisements
    • Repository of Articles
    • Repository of White papers & other publications
    • CSR activities
    • Web assets
    • Repository of company assets [branding related]
  • 3rdparty vendor management [wherever applicable].

 

Skills Required:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and recommendations.
  • Ability to identify target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the diverse marketing mix.
  • Highly organized and great skills in planning and execution of events and brand initiatives.
  • Innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind and data-driven thinking.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and platforms repetitive tasks such as email scheduling, social media posting, and lead nurturing etc. to improve time management and consistency.
