Qc Manager

1QC Manager (ARAMCO SAP Preferred).

University Degree Mechanical background Minimum 10 years Quality Control Inspection experience in oil and GAS.

· Overall Responsible for quality control activities on the project ensure implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, inspection and testing plans, close coordination with Customer’s representative at site.

· He shall be fully aware of International and Saudi Aramco desk top standard.

· liaise and report project quality assurance manager for project quality control matters.

· Assigning quality control personnel to various areas of activities.

· Monitor inspection progress, Guide QC supervisors for review reports, documentation, verify upon completion of the work.  

· Monitor day to day cases of GAS’s quality issues, and Quality complaints in accordance with the approved quality plan.

· Review and approve as necessary, quality control related procedure.

· Oversee the daily content and consistency of subordinate inspector’s daily inspections logbooks. Controlling NCR's., prepare / review monthly  reports, TWLA. CQI, Inspection log s PQI  etc.

· Response of LBE, NCR's, weekly meetings entries , follow-up with constructions for outstanding issues.    

· Ensure QC weekly and monthly reporting to QA manager.
