Job Description:
- Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and provide visionary leadership to the retail sales team.
- Sales Management- Oversee all aspects of retail sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, monitoring sales performance, analyzing data /trends, reporting, and suggesting improvements.
- Team Development-Recruit, train, and mentor a high-preforming sales team at all the stores and foster a culture of accountability and motivation.
- Marketing -Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective retail marketing strategies. Utilize insights and market intelligence to adapt sales strategies to market changes.
- Compliance -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Dynamic and result driven Head to oversee and drive our retail sales strategies across our stores in Mumbai.
- Responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed targets and ensuring consistent brand representation.
