Execution Engineer- HVAC

We are looking for a seasoned Execution Engineer. The role shall emphasize executing the Installations including low-side works, Testing, Commissioning, and handover of the project for HVAC products specifically in AHUs, FCUs, Air Cooled / Water Cooled Chiller systems, Packaged ACs, Ducted ACs, VRF Systems.

Location - Worli 

Working Days - Monday to Saturday 

Working Time - 10:00 am to 6:30 pm 
Education- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Experience required - Minimum 10 years of site experience in HVAC installation and low-side works.

Salary Basis experience and caliber. Insurance plus TA

EXECUTION ENGINEER - HVAC Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Project HSEQ goals are achieved and where possible exceeded
• Deliver a high standard of service to the Project, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times
• Maintain and deliver all related activities within budget and on schedule and where applicable implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure a safe and effective Permit-to-work system is in place and maintained for all HVAC installation activities.
• Study, assess, verify, and ensure all HVAC Construction drawings, specifications, instructions, inspections, and certifications are strictly adhered
• Assist in the development, issue, and updating of all applicable installation strategies, procedures / working practices and system/sub-system boundary P&IDs required for the delivery of the project - ensure compliance with all Project standards, specifications, and procedure
• Liaise with the Application/sales Engineering to ensure HVAC P&IDs and other drawings are produced in line with project requirements
• Provide HVAC Construction input into Project design during the Project design phase and develop HVAC Construction logic diagrams and input to the Project Schedules
• Monitor and report HVAC Construction progress regularly – daily, weekly, monthly, and escalate any issues/concerns
• Liaise with Client representatives on all matters applicable to HVAC Construction, providing accurate reporting on status including identification of issues or concerns which may impact Project delivery
• Attend Permit to Work meetings and approve work permits
• Maintain primary contact and a good working relationship with Sub-Contractors / Vendors Management and site representatives. Be fully familiar with their methods of HVAC Construction, scheduling, and procedures to resolve any apparent conflicts and ensure they are fully aware of their obligations and responsibilities
• Authorize or refuse all Sub-Contractor / Vendor claims for delays, waiting time, or abortive work
• Liaise with OEM & responsible for the system commissioning and handover to the client.

Requirement:

• Industry knowledge and market knowledge preferably Mumbai and the rest of Maharashtra.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems
• Customer-focused and ability to build relationships with Customers.
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to handle a team of 15-20 people.
