Job Description:
· Ensure accurate and timely recording of all academic data.
· Implement standardized documentation processes for efficient data storage and retrieval.
· Maintain confidentiality and integrity of academic records.
2) Coordinating with Team and Data Collection:
· Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant academic data.
· Establish streamlined communication channels for effective data collection.
· Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards in data collection efforts.
3) Monthly Report Data Analysis:
· Analyze collected data to generate comprehensive monthly reports.
4) Mail Merge Activity:
· Utilize mail merge tools to automate communication processes.
· Personalize communications based on segmented data criteria.
· Ensure accuracy and consistency in all mail merge activities.
5) Proper Maintenance of Data in Standard Format:
· Establish and enforce data quality standards and protocols.
· Regularly audit data to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
· Implement data validation checks to maintain data integrity.
6) Continuous Process Improvement:
· Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes and systems.
· Implement efficient workflows to optimize data handling and reporting.
· Regularly seek feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7) Performance Measurement:
· Monitor KPIs regularly and take corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives.
