About the role

In charge of acquiring new clients and establishing and nurturing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Wealth Managers, Family offices and Financial Institutions.

Responsible for creating and executing comprehensive plans that encompass wealth generation, wealth safeguarding, and wealth augmentation. This involves conducting a thorough analysis of the client's profile to identify potential opportunities and aligning these opportunities with the organization's products and solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Unlisted Share Trading: Execute trades in unlisted shares, keeping abreast of market trends and news to make informed decisions.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on pre-IPO companies and the unlisted market to identify potential investment opportunities.
  3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, providing them with market insights and personalized investment strategies.
  4. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect clients' investments and optimize returns.
  5. Market Monitoring: Stay updated with industry developments, IPO announcements, and other factors affecting the unlisted share market.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on trading activities, portfolio performance, and market insights for clients and management.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree or professional certifications such as CFA/FRM would be a plus.
  2. Prior experience in trading in unlisted equities is a must.
  3. Prior experience working with HNIs and a strong understanding of their unique investment needs.
  4. Profound knowledge of unlisted shares and pre-IPO market dynamics.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and provide market insights.
  6. Should be a self -starter, proactive and have a goal-oriented approach. Should be willing to work on the field and travel extensively for business. Strong target orientation with a history of over achievement of targets
