Job Description:

The role reports to the Regional Business Manager and is responsible for business expansion of schools through a franchise model. The candidate requires excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner.

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• School acts as a consultant to local entrepreneurs who wish to setup K-12 Schools, under its • brand name Mount Litera Schools providing end to end educational management and • advisory services.
• Responsible for identifying potential business partners for expansion of School.
• Identify locations and conduct city profiling for opening up new School.
• Implement & monitor lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
• Follow up enquiries as generated through various campaigns.
• Conduct business presentation to potential business partners.
• Evaluation of prospect profile for suitability as a Business Partner.
• Analyzing business trend through data and executing actionable.
• Making the zone profitable through incremental signups.
• Responsible for revenue, profitability targets, product development and launching of product in • the region.
• Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for the acquisition.
• Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
• Adhere to all the legal norms and procedures.
• Maintain bi-weekly reports to keep track of acquisitions.
• Preparing Region wise Collection Report and performance of the center

Qualification & Requisite:

• Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with experience • range of 5-10 years in Sales.
• Experience range of three to five years in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales
• Experience in key account management or institutional sales in education companies.
• Understanding of geographic regions & willingness to travel extensively.
