Head Policy & Process (NBFC)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• New Product development based on business requirements and competition
• Internal Process Control & Compliance that may include RBI/SRO compliance & Co-ordinations.
• Review of existing policies/ Continuous process re-engineering & bringing innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiencies.
• Modification in existing product features/ Closely working with IT for product integrations & LMS changes
• Partner evaluation with respect to efficiency and SLA compliance
• Managing Internal Process controls team and resolution of operational challenges and breaches
• Process Management for Digital Payment/Repayments/Credit Underwriting
• Digital Payments & Communication with Customer
• Vendor Evaluation and Management (Business services outsourcing)
• Customer Grievance redressal management

Experience & Skills Desired:

• 10+ Years of experience in the areas of NBFC Product, policy & process designing,
• Experience in Product & Policy designing, SOP development, IT integration, Business Development, Audit compliance and Credit underwriting of Microfinance
• Product, Process & Policy designing
• IT integration of Product and Process 
• Business- Financial Intermediaries & Operations Management
• Strong in Relationship Management with internal and external stakeholders and Team Management.
• A person of proven professional competency and managerial ability at the corporate level
• Good commercial and business acumen.
• Strong Leadership skills, networking & negotiation skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
