We have a Urgent job opening for Maintenance Engineer in one the leading chemical industry based in vapi.
Job Details:
- Education Qualification : Btech Mechanical,electrical required.
- Candidate must have experience of 4 to 5 years.
- Chemical manufacturing industry experience is must.
- Plan and implementation of preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining healthiness of all the equipment’s.
- Root cause analysis of failures.
- Proper spaces planning & maintaining.
- Reduction of maintenance cost.
- Optimization of available resources such as Man, machine ,material.
- Implementation of 5 S in department.
- Knowledge of utilities such as Boiler, HAG, VAM, Compressor etc.
- Mini projects planning and its executions.
- Ensuring availability of equipment’s for production process.
- Reduction of downtime dues to Breakdown.
