Operations Coordinator for SalarySe in Kolkata. The successful candidate will play a crucial
role in coordinating operational activities, ensuring efficient onboarding processes, and
maintaining a seamless connection between the corporate office and various local offices. If

Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination:
● Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and execute operational
strategies in line with company goals.
● Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in different offices across Kolkata,
addressing any issues promptly.
● Optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Communication and Reporting:
● Act as a liaison between the city operations team and the corporate office,
providing regular updates on key metrics and operational challenges.
● Prepare and submit detailed reports to the corporate office, highlighting
performance, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance:
● Implement quality control measures to ensure that all operational activities
meet the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
● Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Problem Resolution:
● Address operational issues and challenges promptly, collaborating with
relevant teams to find effective solutions.
● Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

 

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related
field.
● 1+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the lending or
financial services industry NOT MANDATORY.
● Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
