Verify Maintenance checklist of each reporting truck
Knowledge of Commercial trucks maintenance and Spare parts
Procurement of the required spare parts at competitive prices
Supervise the work done at local garages in Waluj
Accident / Damage control
Accident management
RTO co-ordination for renewals of truck Permits
Recruitment and management of drivers
Controlling and supervising a team of 10 - 12 staff in the fleet team.
Come up with ideas to reduce cost
Increase running of company trucks.
