Requirements for Maintenance Position
- DEE with 2-3 years’ experience in equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of Basic electrical power and control circuits.
- Knowledge of Relay logic and Sensors.
- Knowledge of VFD, servo drives, motors.
- Basic hydraulic circuits and fluid mechanism.
- Basic Pneumatic circuits and compressor.
- Switchgear Equipment’s (VCB, ACB) and Utility like air compressor
- Servo drive (Bosch-Rexroth, Baumuller).
- Implementation of Poke-Yoke, Kaizen, and 5S plan etc.
- Responsible in transactionsfor importing machines and equipment
- Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures. Completion work of Audit.
