Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and effective design solutions for a wide range of content & marketing materials, including but not limited to digital advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, and website/app graphics
- Collaborate with the content & marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and Figma to develop and refine design concepts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and relevant
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Adapt designs for various platforms and formats, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets for easy access and reusability
What are we looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
- 3-9 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proven experience with UI/UX designing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Ability to conduct user research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with attention to detail
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with responsive design is a plus
