Purpose
· Taking care of customer queries over calls or emails. · Addressing cars service and maintenance related queries (PAN India) and record details into software. · Transfer escalated calls to concern person or in-charge for quick support. · Ensuring smooth service to clients related to their queries.
Decision Making Authority
· The jobholder will have day - to - day responsibility over the functioning of the scope as identified in above description and as given to him/ her from time to time by the Reporting Officer.

Key Outputs
· Attend queries from clients/ users and record into company software systems. · Maintain company TAT for addressing customer requests. · Follow up with vendors and internal department for updates on customer queries. · Maintain MIS as per given instructions. · Take initiative to develop customer support.

Qualifications:
Knowledge:
· Strong computer skills.
Skills:
Best in written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience:
· Fresher / with relevant experience.
Maintain Relationships:
· Internal: Fleet Department.
· External: Clients & Vendors.
Profile:
· Salary range – 3 to 3.5 lpa · Preference is for female candidates from hospitality background.
