Central Technical Support Engineer Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Technical Expertise:
 Demonstrate sound technical knowledge of the PCB & FEC manufacturing process, including Electroless Copper (PTH), Acid
Copper & Tin, Surface Treatment Technology, and Surface Finishing.
 Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, assistance, and training to regional TSD personnel on installing,
commissioning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to our products.

2. Customer Support:
 Travel to customer locations as necessary to conduct advanced-level troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues
effectively.
 Act as a central point of contact for technical inquiries and support, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer
concerns.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
 Coordinate with the Research & Development (R&D) team to address product quality feedback from the field and assist in
product improvement initiatives.
 Conduct trials and tests at the central customer support lab or R&D customer support lab to validate solutions and optimize
product performance.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
 Maintain accurate records of technical support activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions implemented, and
customer feedback.
 Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and best practices for internal stakeholders and
management review.
5. Continuous Improvement:
 Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, product enhancement, and customer satisfaction improvement.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive excellence in technical
support services.
