Position:          R&D Head

Location:         Ahmedabad

Experience:     15 – 20 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Shall have rich work experience, preferably with a background in leading R&D projects and development of differnet Formulations.
• Should have hand on experience in the development of wide range of formulations such as Tablets, Capsules, Liquid, Ointment, Injection, Hormones, Human insulin 
• Shall have hands on experience of New products development.
• Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
• Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company.Design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
• Shall have knowlegde of AMV
• Shall have exposure of regulatory query compliance during submissions and other commercial issues.
• Shall have hands on experience of Optimization batches and submission batches.
• Shall be well versed with SUPAC guidelines.
• Should have exposure of Regulatory markets like ROW, EU, USFDA, etc....
• Should coordinate with cross functional team for time release and smooth operation of a project.
• Evaluate outcomes of new products and processes to deliver improved business results.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Should have knowledge of SAP systems of different types.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Ph.D

Salary :- Upto 35.00 LPA
