Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 4 to 5 years of work experience, preferably with an MBA degree. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various HR functions, with a strong emphasis on compliance, payroll, attendance management, PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation), employee relations, and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding employment practices. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update policies and procedures accordingly.

  2. Payroll Administration: Oversee the payroll process, including accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, deductions, and benefits. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and compliance with payroll regulations.

  3. Attendance Management: Implement and manage attendance tracking systems to monitor employee attendance, leave accruals, and attendance-related policies.

  4. PF and ESIC Administration: Administer Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) schemes, including enrollment, contributions, withdrawals, and compliance reporting.

  5. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing conflict resolution strategies. Promote a conducive work environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect.

  6. Labor Law Compliance: Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure that company policies and practices align with legal requirements and ethical standards.

  7. Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

  8. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating goal-setting exercises.

  9. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies across the organization.

  10. HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote consistency, fairness, and compliance across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance, payroll administration, attendance management, PF, ESIC, employee relations, and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
