Job Description:

Position: HR Executive cum HR Recruiter

Experience: 4-5 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
  2. Specialize in bulk hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
  3. Manage the offer letter processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation and communication with candidates.
  4. Handle salary negotiation processes with potential hires while ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.
  5. Utilize a diverse range of sourcing portals and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
  7. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
  10. Maintain recruitment-related data and generate reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  11. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
  13. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  14. Conduct periodic reviews of recruitment processes and implement improvements as necessary.
  15. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
  16. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive recruitment information.
  17. Proactively identify potential recruitment challenges and propose solutions to address them.
  18. Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  19. Actively contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR functions.
  20. Exhibit adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.
