Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field required
- 10+ years of combined IT Analyst, Developer, Tech Lead or Architect experience
- Comprehensive experience with various architectural domains such as business, application, data, infrastructure, and integration
- Proven knowledge with Sales Enablement technologies (to enable back office and front office)
- Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements, and share learnings
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
- Experience with Agile delivery practices, preferably in a lead role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proven leadership in partnering with external vendors and business partners on projects
- Ability to lead on-shore/off-shore teams in multiple cross-functional initiatives toward goals
- Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed, action-oriented environment
- Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Mentors team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Model N, Conga, Showpad, Pitcher, and other technologies to enable the sales organization (both back office and front office)
- Experience in life science or other regulated industry
