Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our team. As a Qualified CA, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
  • Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit processes. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing financial reporting and disclosure.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, investors, and regulatory authorities. Present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in financial management practices.
