Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Lead Generation person, you will play a pivotal role in driving the
growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will be responsible
for initiating contact with prospects through various channels, including outbound calls,
emails, and social media. The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads and
contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Outreach:
 Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage with prospects.
 Utilize social media platforms and other channels for lead identification.
2. Lead Qualification:
 Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as
customers.
 Gather key information such as budget, timeline, and decision-making
process.
 Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead criteria.
3. Database Management:
 Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and prospects.
 Regularly cleanse and update lead information to ensure data integrity.
4. Collaboration with Sales Teams:
 Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and tailor
communication accordingly.
 Hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
5. Communication and Follow-up:
 Communicate effectively with leads to understand their requirements.
 Follow up on initial interactions to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
6. Meeting Targets:
 Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
 Work proactively to identify new opportunities and potential markets.

7. Reporting and Analysis:
 Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and
outcomes.
 Analyze the success of different outreach strategies and suggest
improvements.
8. CRM Utilization:
 Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively for lead
tracking and reporting.
 Ensure accurate and timely documentation of lead interactions.

Qualifications::
 Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum 1 – 2 years of work experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B
environment.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
 Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
