Interior Designer & Supervisor

Position: Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Design interior spaces based on client needs and preferences.
2. Utilize AutoCAD for drafting floor plans, elevations, and other technical drawings.
3. Possess basic knowledge of 3D modeling software to create visual representations of design concepts.
4. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences for interior design projects.
5. Oversee on-site activities to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
7. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and services.
8. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to construction teams.
9. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
11. Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including budgets, schedules, and correspondence.
12. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for project management and documentation.
13. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
14. Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
15. Uphold high standards of professionalism, creativity, and customer service throughout the design and construction process.
