Position:            Account Officer

Location:           Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience:       5- 10 Years

Industries:        Metal

Responsibilities:

• Overall GST work end to end and liaison with GST consultant , and ensure GST compliances
• Reconciliation between books & GSTR2B
• Accurate tax working on outward
• ITC verification on Input Tax
• Document verification of input Bills
• Knowledge on Capex & Non Capex
• GST Audits
• Visit to GST department on need basis
• Good exposure in GST data preparation, GST returns filing, GST annual return filling
• Knowledge on Block Credits
• Replying to general inquiry letters issued by the department
• Support in day-to-day current and future requirements of retainer clients in the field of GST
• Undertaking various nature of reconciliations required under the GST law for the filing of Returns
• Accounting , Reporting and Process
• Data entry and Bill Booking
• Reviewing Supplier related to Ledgers , Overdue , negative balance , Open PO etc.
• Support in implementing plant accounting and operation process
• Adhoc work and reports etc.

Required Skills:

• Follow up for documents and information from Clients & vendors
• Maintenance of all information pertaining to clients in easily retrievable manner
• Capable to deliver the result in time limit
• Good Knowledge in Internal Audit & Statutory Audit
• Good knowledge in any ERP and Excel
• Basic knowledge of TDS

Required Qualification: - B.Com

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
