We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Chennai. As a Social. Additionally, the selected candidate will actively contribute to marketing and corporate events, as well as PR initiativesMedia Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing our online and social media presence. This role requires collaboration with external agencies, particularly those associated with Trivitron, Maxivision, and Neuberg marketing teams.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  3. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies, especially those associated with Trivitron, Maxivision,  to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize social media presence.
  6. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  7. Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Coordinate with the Marketing and Corporate Events teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a track record of successful campaigns.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

  1. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  2. Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  3. Familiarity with the healthcare industry (preferred but not mandatory).
