POSITION:SR MANAGER SALES

location Ahmedabad

roles & responsibility:

 

1.Determine market needs and finalise the product mix and sales targets for given markets

  1. Work closely with product engineering team and development to improve the new products and to develop new applications for existing products
  2. Establish sales strategies based on the market realities and competitor movement
  3. Prepare an action plan and achieve sales targets
  4. Monitor product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
  6. Network with industry associations, key influencers, and key prospects
  7. Discuss evolving needs with prospects/customers, to give feedback to the management team for new product development
  8. Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition
  9. Document customer interactions and prepare reports as required
