Job Summary

• Medical enquiry handling through verbal telephone and written enquiries from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) /patients, other people and Consumers about the medical products.
• Receive information or inquiry through phone call/email/fax/mail& Generate reports and create a record in Track Wise in Cloudberry.
• Ensure that all the calls are getting populated in Cloudberry.
• Enter all the relevant information received through phone calls/email/fax/mail into Cloudberry Log.
• Responsible for receiving phone calls related to adverse events, MI and PQC for book-in of cases received by all source types (phone call/email/fax/mail).
• Responsible for following good documentation practices while completing ADE and PQC questionnaire.
• Thorough understanding of use of FAQs and product labeling to answer medical information inquiries.
• Understanding of Patient Safety regulatory obligation
• Handles all product specific complaints/ inquiries and listens to voicemail recordings
• Performs outbound call follow up to obtain missing or additional details.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Requires a proactive approach and excellent written/ oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with clients, management, and peers effectively.
• Ability to document and communicate problem.
• All medical enquiry responses sent to patients must be peer-reviewed by senior MICC associate. Ensure that all the calls handled are checked by QC.
