Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with showroom visitors, understanding their requirements, and effectively showcasing a range of Modular Furniture, Glass, Sliding Hardware, and Digital Door Locks.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of products, their features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication, relationship building, and closing deals.
Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organized, and visually appealing, reflecting high standards. Follow-up: Implement proactive follow-up strategies to nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and potential repeat business.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to contribute to the overall success and growth.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and other relevant information using MS Office tools.
