Job Description:

This role will work closely with the CHRO & MD and be responsible for building and running the people
development process mainly focusing on but not limited to:
 Learning & Development
 Creating a robust L&D process, including identifying training needs, creating training calendar and running
training programs across levels
 Creating a robust process for hi potential employee development, including making
 IDPs, career paths & succession planning
 Performance Management

 Running the annual performance appraisal process and refining the same
 Running mid- year feedback sessions and Multi rater feedback/360 feedback sessions.
 Participating in feedback conversations and creating action plans out of the same.
 Employee Engagement
 Running engagement & pulse surveys
 Co-creating action plans with managers and ensuring the same is completed.
 Custodian of and drafting and revising employee Policies, Employee handbook and Guidelines as and when
needed.
 Special Projects wrt Employee Development
 Responsible for driving Rewards and Recognitions for the Organization.
 Additional responsibilities as and when required.
