Job Description:

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Representatives to join our skincare brand's customer support team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about skincare, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide exceptional customer sales service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and after-sales support.

3. Resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

4. Offer skincare advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.

5. Maintain a thorough understanding of our skincare product line and stay updated on new releases.

6. Process returns, replacements, and refunds according to company policies.

7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to address customer issues and feedback.

8. Document and track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

9. Provide input to enhance customer support processes and procedures.

10. Uphold a positive and professional image of the skincare brand through excellent customer interactions.

 

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

5. Familiarity with skincare products and ingredients is a plus.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

7. Proficiency in using customer support software and systems.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
