Billing and Cash Management Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Opening and Closing Procedures:
- Take charge of the billing counter and cash till at the beginning of the shift.
- Close the till at the end of the day.

2. Billing and Invoicing:
- Manning the billing counter throughout the shift.
- Collect payments from clients in various tender types.
- Ensure accurate invoicing of products in accordance with Company SOPs and regulatory
requirements.

3. Compliance and Cash Management:
- Adhere to internal control guidelines and applicable laws (GST, BIS, etc.).
- Manage cash transactions securely during the course of the day.
- Perform cash and billing reconciliation at the close of business.

4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare daily reports and share data/documents with the Accounts team.
- Resolve any queries or observations from the Accounts team promptly.
- Post transaction entries in Tally.

5. Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
- Generate ad hoc reports related to Internal Control and Accounting as requested by Head Office.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office Suite.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: BKC in Mumbai and DLF Mall in Delhi

Working Hours and Compensation:
- Timings: 12 noon to 9 pm. (Delhi)
- Timings: 1.00 pm to 10 pm. (Mumbai)
