Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Technical Assistant to support our State Head in
managing operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our South Region. The successful
candidate will play a vital role in preparing MIS, managing and monitoring CRM, document
management, and coordinating with our Head Office regarding dispatch and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Preparation: Create and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to
provide insights and support data-driven decision-making for the South Region.

2. CRM Management: Manage and monitor our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

3. Document Management: Organize, maintain, and archive essential documents and records,
ensuring accessibility and compliance.

4. Coordination with Head Office: Act as the liaison between the South Region and Head Office,
facilitating communication and coordination for dispatch and sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports.
- Age within 25 to 35 years (Male candidates preferred).
