We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing emails, coordinating WhatsApp communication, and organizing meetings, in addition to handling various administrative duties.

 Email and Communication Management:
Monitor and prioritize emails, responding on behalf of executives when necessary.
Efficiently manage and organize electronic communications to ensure timely responses.
Handle WhatsApp communication, coordinating messages and ensuring prompt responses.

Calendar and Meeting Management:
Maintain executives calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to arrange meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items.
