Qualification: B. E. Production/Mechanical
Experience: 5 to 15 yrs
Gender: Male

Job profile:
Expected System Knowledge: Production & assembly processes , Knowledge of automotive systems i.e. TAFE 16949 / ISO 9001 , manufacturing engineering & automation , production planning processes , Quality management systems etc

Job Description (Along with Specific technical knowledge requirement):
1) Hands on experience of handling multiple assembly lines.
2) Sound Domain Knowledge of assembly & manufacturing processes , Assembly tools & equipments.
3) Able to handle large workforce and achieve the targeted production volumes from them
4) Sound analytical ability to resolve quality issues related to both manufacturing processes & product issues.
5) Effective team leader to motivate the workforce towards achieving production targets with required quality standards.
6) Co coordinating skills with co team mates mainly PPC , quality & maintenance for ensuring smooth production flow.
7) Experience in electrical products preferred
8) Daily production monitoring and generate MIS.
9) Anticipate production delays and take preventive actions to prevent production loss.
10) Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and implement the same effectively e.g. Paoka yoke , Kaizan etc.
11) Automotive system knowledge mainly APPAP , APQP , PFMEA , MSA is preferred.
12) Introduces new and cutting-edge industry practices in the business unit or functional domain.
13) Should have knowledge of PPC, Throughout time analysis and prioritisation of automobile customer's urgency
14) Adaptability of production lines suitable to S & M team
15) aptitude of converting manual process by automation
16) Deskilling
17) Training needs and identification of new training areas

Any other special requirement:
1) Knowledge of customer requirements , resolve customer end line 7 field rejection issues in time
2) Take initiative to improve productivity by industry benchmarking & innovative approach.
3) Effective team leader.

Salary: Rs 5.0 to 6.0 Lac per annum
