- Daily operation and maintenance of equipment maintaining the SOPs. Maintaining daily log book.
- Operation and maintenance of Boiler (Oil Fired & briquette Fired), maintenance of WTP, Soft Water Pant, and Syrup room, processing area etc as and when required.
- Manpower handling for the respective shifts. Making duty roster & overtime sheets of the operators.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover during the change of shift.
- Following up and checking of operational data. Evaluating possible causes of machinery failure and taking corrective action when required.
- Monitoring & documenting GMP of the plant,
- Ensure individual safety and safety of the machineries. Maintaining QSE documentation to meet the compliance requirement.
- Machine wise Preventive Maintenance monitoring and documenting.
- Handling procurement of necessary equipment and spare parts, raising indent to the purchase department, vendor coordination.
- Attending breakdown of production machineries as per requirement.
- Taking part in audit as and when required.
- Provide training to the operators.
- Planning for yearly maintenance at the time of shutdown of process plants.
