Experience – 10+ years

Brief –

• Should be able to handle 300+ team members
• Get regular work done by the team in high quality in a timely manner with process adherence
• Ensure total control on – People/ Targets/ Process/ Quality/ Output

Skills required –

Strong people management skills and experience

• Very strong communication skills
• Experience in managing large team sizes and volume of work
• Team motivation, utilization, effectiveness, HR process control, Absenteeism control, behavioral management, discipline, and conduct
• Defining and monitoring KPIs
• Training management and skills up gradation

Process Orchestration and Control

• Defining and adhering to process
• Ensuring process compliance
• Define and design systems
• Measure effectiveness
• Quality control

Project management skills

• Defining project plan
• Tasks, targets, task allocation, tracking and work realization
• Project monitoring
• Ensuring KRAs for projects
• Project reporting

Support in recruitment strategy, hiring process, and team ramp-ups Systems orientation
