Job Description:
  • Designation – Activation Executive
  • Qualification – Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Work Timings – 10:30am to 7:30pm
  • Working Days – Monday to Friday.
  • Work Location –  Andheri east
  • Salary (Min & Max) – Best in industry
  • Other Employee Benefits (Leave, bonus, PF, Insurance, etc.) – Leave 12 EL, 8 CL, Bonus will be a fixed component of the CTC and will be paid after completion of one year as of Sept 30th after joining, will be paid for the previous FY along with September’s salary
  • Experience – 5-7 yrs

 

Job Summary:

As an Activation Executive with Props Acquisition Experience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target audience effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and optimize strategies for acquiring props and materials essential for our projects and activations. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Props and Materials Acquisition: Acquire, source, and manage an inventory of props, materials, and equipment necessary for various projects and activations.
  2. Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
  3. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and tracking for props and materials acquisition, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure that all props and materials acquired meet quality standards and are well-maintained.
  5. Project Support: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and support their execution with the appropriate props and materials.
  6. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory system to keep track of props and materials, reordering when necessary, and disposing of obsolete items.
  7. Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of vendors and propose changes or improvements when necessary.
  8. Sustainability Initiatives: Identify eco-friendly and sustainable sourcing options to align with the company's sustainability goals.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations related to props and materials acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in props acquisition and inventory management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Budget management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and eco-friendly sourcing.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
