We have an urgent opening Asst Marketing Controller (Finance) at BKC-based MNC Pharma Company.

Position - Asst Marketing Controller

Location - BKC

Working days -5 days

Working time - 9.00am to 6.00pm

Job Description -

1. Candidate with experience in audit and finance background having a good understanding of financial accounting practices
2. Responsible for Budget monitoring and controlling for Marketing division of Abbott Nutrition India
3. Report on the financial performance of the marketing function monthly (actual and rolling estimate results) to management and division Finance; meeting all submission deadlines
4. Ensure value added analysis and narratives are completed for all major variances to plan and work closely with the budget owners to drive corrective measures when necessary
5. Calculation of provisions and month end closure entries for marketing division ensuring expenses booked in correct cost centers
6. Assisting the Business finance team for various submissions, MRP increase proposals and Brand P&L
7. Act as a one-point contact for all compliance & financial related queries to marketing team
8. Review and audit of third-party invoices for HCP led investments as per compliance guidelines
9. Conduct frequent trainings for vendors for apprising them with company policies and recent updates
10. Updates to senior management for recent compliance related issue on a periodic basis
11. Develop a checklist and initiate a process for documentation /invoicing to facilitate smooth and timely processing of vendor invoices
