Job Description - Head Chef - NPD Core Areas: New Product Development, Store operations, Process Design, Team Management, Quality, Food Safety and Hygiene, Knowledge of innovative in existing product development processes

Ideation -

Help the business work on ideas for future NPDs based on culinary exploration, competition, consumer trends and more.

Knowledge about consumer trends and passion about food. Develop recipes that can be made using food manufacturing processes whilst at the same time ensuring that these recipes are innovative and creative. Presenting new products to potential trade customers. Completion of accurate recipe sheets.

Train and manage staff about proper kitchen sanitization methods and Hygiene. Formulating new recipes and improving existing ones which keep your company ahead of the competition.

Evaluating the success of new products in their markets Continuously researching the market and staying ahead of consumer trends.

 

Qualification: UG - Diploma in Hotel Management, BHMCT in Hotel Management, BHM in Hotel Management, B.A in Hotel Management Experience: 10-12 years of experience in R & D, New Product Development, Setting of R&D Centres, Food Safety, Product introduction
