Job Description:

1. Designation – Deputy Manager- Accounts
2. Number of Vacancies – 2
3. Qualification – Commerce graduate
4. Male / Female – Any
5. Work Timings – 10am to 7pm
6. Working Days – Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4 th Sat off)
7. Experience – 1-3 years

10. Job Duration – Full Time
Accounting:
1. Day to Day Book Keeping and Accounting
2. Maintaining all the accounting records, vouchers, files, etc.
3. Sales Invoice prepration.

Reconciliations:
4. Timely carrying out all applicable reconciliations which would include items like Cash,
Bank, Stock, Inter-company, Asset, Vendor (Party) Account, etc.
Banking:
5. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processing
6. Preparing timely disbursement of all payments including NEFT / RTGS
7. Preparing foreign remittances (A1 and A2) documents
Payroll:
8. Processing monthly payroll based on inputs received from clients HR
9. Preparing Payroll Register, Payslips, Cheques / Letter for disbursement, etc.
10. Maintaining Payroll related records, registers, etc.
MIS Reporting:
11. Assisting in preparing periodic reports to senior on need basis.

Statutory Compliances:
12. Compiling details and preparing summary / statement for monthly payment of tax
liability under applicable laws (like IT, TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.)
13. Compiling details and preparing periodic returns under applicable laws
14. Compiling Details and preparing TDS certificates and CA certificates for foreign
remittances
15. Compiling details and preparation of submissions for assessments / department
enquiry, replying to notices, etc.
Audit:
16. Preparation of audit documents including notes to accounts, directors' reports, etc.
under the instructions of senior.
11. Other Details, which we should know – Should know Tally & MS Excel, Basics of banking, GST
and TDS, good communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge of payroll and
processing.
