Job Description:
HR Professional with @ 5 years’ experience in reputed manufacturing Company, preferably from Aurangabad. He should be conversant with Good HR practices. Preference will be given to candidates working in companies following YPM practices
Age : 30-35 years
Responsible for all HR, IR, Personnel and Administrative work. It includes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition & Retaining, Training & Development, PMS, Compensation Management, Policy design and review, completing all audit requirements, Time office & Salary administration, Insurance, Ensure Statutory compliances, educating management employees about latest updates in the statute, ensure compliances of contractors and sub-contractors, quarterly declaration of the compliances, Employee grievances & readdressed, Contract Labour Management, Negotiations with Union & Wage Agreement, Disciplinary Actions, External Environment Management, Government Liasioning, Canteen Management, Security, Housekeeping, Hotel Booking, Facility Management(Mobile, Landlines, Uniforms, Shoes, Visiting Cards, Furniture etc), Transport, Travel etc
