Job Skill required:
1 KNOWLEDGE ABOUT TPM, ISO, OHSAS & IATF.
2 KNOWLEDGE ABOUT VIBRATION, WELDING FIXTURE MAINTENANCE.
3 KNOWLEDGE ABOUT INJECTION MOULDING.
Roles and responsibilities:
1 To follow the instructions given by respective HOD.
2 Maintain mould history card & fixture
3 Individual work on Mould/ fixture maintenance
4 Good knowledge about the new fixture/mould PM.
5 Hand on experience on tool room m/c.
6 Review of tool/fixture preventive maintenance plan.
7 Fixture and mould trouble shooting
8 Timely review plan for skill up gradation team members.
9 Good communication & presentation skill
10 Knowledge about injection moulding trouble shooting
11 Supervising on Jr. Technicians, tech assistant & provide on job training
12 Planning of In house New Tool & Fixture Development Work.
13 Fill up All tool room related documents
14 Knowledge about the spare management
15 Review & Reduce inventory Cost.
16 Measuring Instruments Calibration Plan.
17 MTTR & MTBF Record about breakdown loss
