We are Hiring for Area Manager (Field Work) .

(Reporting to Operation Manager)

Responsibilities:-

1. Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.

2. Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.

3. Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.

4. Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.

5. Visiting Clients & checking real time issues of site.

Requirements:-

1. The ability to manage and motivate a team of employees/workers.

2. Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Experience with security people management.
