Job Description:
- Responsible for billing & estimation work including tender pricing, rate analysis, budgeting, cash flow preparation, documentation and correspondence etc.
- Handling Bills of Quantities of materials, Quantity Estimates etc.
- Preparation and valuation of progress and final payments in connection with contracts.
- Preparation of specifications when required to do so.
- Responsible for billing procedures and documentation.
- Complete study of drawings and specifications, item identification, quantity take off.
- Prepare estimates by calculating complete take off of scope of work, accurately quantifies and prices the labour, materials and equipment needed to perform the work and determine cost effectiveness.
