Job Description: of RO-DM plant Technician
- To Operate the RO plant as per design Parameters
- Individual handle the plant form DCS/PLC
- Chemicals Injection process for RO ( CIP ).
- Regeneration of RO-DM plant,
- To Check the Parameters pH Conductivity.
- Follow the instruction of the Shift in charge .
- Unloading of the HCL at HCL unloading tank with all safety precaution.
- Identify the abnormal condition in the Plant ( Like leakage , Abnormal sound of the Pumps )
- Basic knowledge of the Water Tenement Process.
- All Work to be done with safety standards as per SOP, and high light the deviation .
- Keeping the house keeping the surrounding area.

--- --- --- --- was incorporated with one of its prime objectives to set up a chemical complex in the industrial estate at Dahej - Gujarat, consisting of Sulphuric acid plant, dye and dyes intermediates plant, Chloro Alkali plant and a plant equipped with manufacturing various chlorine and benzene based products.As a part of its phase I, the sulphuric acid plant was set up and has already commenced production.
